This vivid 55 card deck encourages you to get in touch with your deepest, truest self through the process of shadow work. Colorado-born author Aubrey Houdeshell and artist Rose Ides have collaborated to create a beautiful deck and guidebook set full of colorful, whimsical shadow puppetry illustrations. Each phrase and illustration is focused on animal archetypes to guide the user through shadow work.
Shadow work is the exploration of the darker or suppressed side of the self. Instead of trying to ignore or overcome the parts of ourselves that we deem bad or unlovable, our shadow, we welcome them in to help us embrace every aspect of ourselves and grow.
